Lazeez Tapas is opposite London’s famous department store Selfridges and just a short from other famous landmarks including the Wallace Collection, Hyde Park and the enticing shops of Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street.
Whether you’re having a break from browsing to enjoy a coffee and a few slices of baklava, or meeting friends for lunch, dinner or drinks, Lazeez offers an oasis of welcoming calm amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
It’s this warm welcome that’s brought so many of our guests back time and time again during the last eight years, as well as inviting new friends through our door.
The same family has been operating at 29 Duke Street opposite Selfridges for 15 years now. We started with a small illy Café in 2007 before launching Lazeez Tapas in 2013, which serves contemporary Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine, tapas dishes and small plates to share. We also offer a delicious selection of Lebanese and local desserts as well as healthy fresh fruit platters.
You will find Turkish and Arabic coffees on our drinks menu as well as herbal and Lebanese Mint Tea, served in our bespoke tea pots, which are popular with customers wanting to catch up with friends or family over a slice of cake or fresh baklava on our cosy Duke Street Terrace, which is fully covered and open all year round, and overlooks Selfridges department store.
Our wine list offers a choice of international labels including our own Lebanese labelled wine from the Beqaa Valley wine region in Lebanon.
We also have an extensive range of cocktails you can also enjoy during the day or after work with friends on our terrace.
The atmosphere at Lazeez is warm, welcoming, and friendly with a café atmosphere but with the extensive menu of a restaurant.
We use only the freshest of ingredients in our dishes, which are handpicked and sourced from Lebanon as well as locally here in the UK to ensure they are as fresh and healthy as possible. In addition, we have a range of dishes on our menus that are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and those with special dietary needs.
We are able to offer daily deliveries in the Mayfair, Fitzrovia and Knightsbridge areas of London and are always happy to welcome our international diners as well as our local customers who return to us here at Lazeez on a regular basis.
We have recently been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating from the City of Westminster.

Here at Lazeez Tapas we bring a sharing culture akin to that in Lebanon with our winter menu focussing on Mediterranean sharing plates and Lebanese tapas dishes in a great central London location right across from the world-famous Selfridges department store in Oxford Street.
Here at Lazeez Tapas, we offer a simple straightforward and healthy menu that is freshly prepared by our chefs every day.
Our menu is based around sharing plates and our tapas dishes have a Mediterranean base to them, being made with olive oil, local Lebanese ingredients and products, with plenty of healthy salads and grilled meat dishes. All our meat is halal and our halloumi cheese and yoghurt come from a Lebanese dairy.
The meat is cooked over a charcoal grill and sprinkled with herbs, to give it a natural taste and flavour and all wraps are served with homemade chips and a fresh salad.
Our seasonal menus offer something for everyone, from mixed grills, hot and cold tapas dishes, to healthy salads, vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as some gluten-free options.
For those wishing to take a break from shopping in Oxford Street and the West End or meet with friends over a coffee or pot of herbal or fresh mint tea and something sweet, we serve Lebanese and Turkish coffee as well as a more traditional illy espresso or cappuccino, accompanied with our freshly made Lebanese baklava prepared by our Lebanese bakers and pastry chefs who also bake our fresh Lebanese bread every day.
